Advice Compliance Analyst - Urgent Hire

We are currently looking for an experienced financial advice compliance professional to join the team in delivering our financial advice audit program.  This will initially be a 15-month fixed-term contract linked to a parental leave vacancy with the possibility of permanency. 

The Opportunity
This role involves:

• Reviewing financial advice provided to clients against regulatory and business requirements
• Providing feedback and coaching to financial advisers based on your reviews
• Helping to manage, maintain and revise the audit program
• Acting as a subject matter expert for financial advice compliance

About you:
To be successful in the role you will need to have:

• a minimum of 4 years’ experience within the financial advice industry
• extensive technical knowledge of financial planning practices and requirements
• a strong working knowledge of financial planning regulatory and compliance requirements
• the ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• tertiary qualifications in Finance, Commerce or other related discipline
• RG146

This role would suit someone with previous experience as a paraplanner with experience in conducting audits.
