Omura is a rapidly growing boutique financial advice business. Following another year of overwhelming growth and demand, we are looking for an Adviser with a strong background in Risk insurance and Superannuation who is eager to find new clients, onboard a constant stream of referrals and be rewarded accordingly.
We are open to an existing risk adviser or a senior paraplanner/associate looking to take the next step into becoming a junior adviser.
We will provide you with a desk in a shared service office location of your choice, and are flexible around working from home.
This role will be a combination of onboarding new clients referred by the practice Principal and building new networks and relationships to find your own clients. You will build a book of young insurance and Superannuation clients that you will have the opportunity to build a long term relationship with and ultimately grow within a new business.
There is large and uncapped bonus incentive for the right applicant who has good relationship skills and can win new clients, with the help of campaigns networks provided by the practice principal.
This role will involve writing your own Statements of Advice (training will be provided) whilst you have capacity to do so, with the goal of hiring your own dedicated paraplanner and admin support in the future
