The Opportunity:
We are in search of a dynamic Advisor focused on Native Title, Heritage, and Land Access. This role offers a chance to leave a lasting legacy, guiding and shaping the future of land use across our regions. Proven Expertise: A solid track record in managing native title and heritage matters, with a readiness to deepen your knowledge in these areas.

Legislative Acumen: A keen understanding of legislative frameworks, particularly the Aboriginal Heritage Act and Native Title Act, with an eagerness to navigate these complexities.

Stakeholder Engagement: Exceptional skills in engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders, ensuring productive relationships and effective communication.

Project Management Excellence: Strong capabilities in leading projects from inception to completion, including coordinating heritage surveys and managing subcontractors.

Team Collaboration: A dedication to being a supportive team player, enhancing our team's cohesion and effectiveness through shared knowledge and collaborative efforts.

Adventurous Spirit: An enthusiasm for learning and expanding your horizon across various domains of our work, coupled with the flexibility to undertake occasional travel.

Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification in archaeology, anthropology, cultural studies, planning, or environmental science.
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in managing native title and heritage matters.
  • Strong understanding of Aboriginal Heritage Act, Native Title Act, and relevant legislation.
  • Experience coordinating heritage surveys in regional WA.
  • Skills in GIS and project management highly desirable.
