The Role

We are in search of a person to fill our Aftermarket Sales Consultant role. If you have a background in any of the following roles – flight attendant, travel agent, customer service consultant, real estate agent, or hairdressing/beautician – we want to hear from you!

At Pacific Toyota, we prioritise delivering positive and memorable experiences for every guest at our dealership. The Aftermarket Sales Consultant plays a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction of our guests.

As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for presenting our range of car care products and accessories to clients who have recently purchased a vehicle. This is a professional and highly rewarding sales-based position. No prior sales experience is necessary as we provide industry-specific training.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Presenting tailored car care solutions to customers
• Preparing and explaining warranty documentation
• Ensuring correct application/installation has been carried out
• Providing exceptional customer service and sales skills
• Meeting sales KPIs and targets

This is a full-time position with 2 rostered days off per month and 4 weeks of annual leave.
