Redpath Australia has been selected as the preferred mining contractor for the Northparkes E22 Block Cave Development Project in Parkes, NSW. We are seeking experienced Agi Operators (Batch Plant Operators) to join our underground operations team and contribute to one of Australia's most significant underground mining developments.

About the Role
As an Agi Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transport and delivery of shotcrete underground, supporting mine development and ground support activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate underground Agi trucks and batch plant equipment
• Transport and deliver shotcrete to underground work areas
• Conduct pre-start inspections and equipment checks
• Monitor concrete quality and batching requirements
• Work closely with Shotcrete, Development and Service Crew teams
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and operational readiness
• Identify and report equipment faults and safety concerns
• Adhere to all site safety procedures and operational standards

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous underground mining experience operating Agi trucks or batch plant equipment
• Experience with shotcrete operations highly regarded
• Strong commitment to safety and operational excellence
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Relevant mining licences and competencies
• Current Australian work rights
• Ability to pass site medical and employment requirements
