Agile Delivery Manager

Location: ACT

Contract: 12 months

Extension: 6 months

Clearance: Baseline

Duties:

• Collaborating closely with the Product Manager to ensure the development team meets expectations.
• Guaranteeing the team delivers high-quality results within the specified time frame and budget.
• Actively identifying and removing obstacles that hinder progress.
• Planning and executing regular product releases.
• Leading agile events to maintain team focus and productivity.
• Reporting on progress, risks, and issues.
• Building and sustaining strong and effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

Required Skills/Experience:

• Extensive skills and over 8 years of experience in agile delivery and digital project management.
• Proven capability to maintain team focus in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to plan, coordinate regular releases, and achieve results.
• Competence in leading effective stand-ups, planning, review, and retrospective sessions.
• Advanced interpersonal and problem-solving skills, including the ability to negotiate options and implement practical solutions promptly and constructively.

Please note due to the nature of work, only AUSTRALIAN CITIZEN with a Baseline are considered for this position.
