Based in Townsville or Cairns, you'll manage a diversified Agribusiness portfolio across North Queensland, working closely with clients on-farm, in-market, in-office, and remotely.
We embrace flexibility - balancing the needs of our clients, our team, and life outside of work - while staying deeply connected to the communities we serve.
What You'll Be Doing In this role, you will:
- Build and nurture deep, trusted client relationships, gaining a strong understanding of each business and its ambitions
- Retain and grow your portfolio by identifying opportunities to support clients through expansion, succession, investment, and change
- Partner with product and risk specialists to deliver end-to-end banking and financial solutions
- Lead deal strategy and execution, including origination, structuring, negotiation, and credit ownership
- Proactively manage risk while enabling sustainable client growth

- Have strong experience leading complex Agribusiness or commercial deals, including structuring and negotiation
