About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking AI & Dgital Delivery Manager to drive the organisation’s AI, data, and digital transformation agenda. This role will lead the development and execution of innovative AI and automation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, strengthen governance, and support long-term business growth.

You will play a key role in identifying opportunities to embed AI, automation, and advanced analytics into business processes and products, while ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, compliant, and aligned with organisational objectives. Working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and offshore delivery partners, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of strategic digital initiatives that create measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the organisation’s AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives, including development and execution of the AI roadmap


• Identify and implement innovative AI and data-driven solutions that improve business operations and efficiency


• Establish and maintain strong data governance, privacy, compliance, and security frameworks


• Engage with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable digital and technical solutions


• Manage end-to-end delivery of AI and digital projects, ensuring quality outcomes, stakeholder alignment, and timely delivery


• Lead and coordinate offshore development teams, driving performance, accountability, and delivery standards


• Provide technical oversight across solution design, integrations, automation, and AI tool development


• Ensure all solutions are scalable, secure, compliant, and aligned with organisational objectives and growth strategies

Selection Criteria

• Proven experience leading AI, automation, digital transformation, or data initiatives


• Strong understanding of AI technologies, Generative AI, automation, analytics, and data governance principles


• Experience managing end-to-end project delivery using Agile methodologies


• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions


• Experience leading offshore or distributed technical teams


• Knowledge of privacy, compliance, and data security frameworks


• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills


• Technical capability in SQL, scripting, integrations, or related technologies is highly desirable
