AI Architect

About the job

- A minimum of 10 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong emphasis on Generative AI., LLM, RAG and Agentic AI

- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and deploying AI/ML models, with a deep understanding of Gen AI technologies and their applications.

- This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive innovation and deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models with a focus on Generative AI.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements.

- Conduct research and stay updated on the latest advancements in AI/ML and Gen AI technologies.

- Optimize and fine-tune existing models for improved performance and scalability.

- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices in AI/ML engineering.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of technical documentation.

Mandatory Skills:

- Strong expertise in Generative AI technologies and frameworks.

- Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java. Experience with machine learning libraries and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).

- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.

- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying AI solutions.

Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision techniques.]

- Experience in working with large datasets and data preprocessing. Knowledge of MLOps practices for model deployment and monitoring.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
