Step into a pivotal Manager or Senior Manager 12-month opportunity in our Change & Experience team, based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane, where you'll help turn Deloitte's Strategy into practical, people-led AI transformation.

What will your typical day look like?

In close partnership with senior leaders and transformation teams, you'll shape and lead the change priorities that bring Deloitte's AI ambition to life, helping people understand what is shifting, why it matters, and how AI adoption creates value for clients, Partners and our people. This is enterprise-wide work with real visibility, where you'll connect strategy to action and move leaders from awareness to lasting behaviour change.

A key focus is designing targeted interventions that build confidence, capability and sustained adoption at scale. You'll shape executive forums and leadership sessions, run cross-functional workshops, and help teams reimagine roles, workflows and experiences as AI becomes embedded in how work gets done.

Success in this role comes from bringing discipline to ambiguity. Drawing on strong project management and change expertise, you'll strengthen governance, decision-making and delivery rhythm, and use AI-enabled tools and experimentation to sharpen insight, adoption planning, engagement and measurement.

Enough about us, let's talk about you

You may have all or some of the following skills/experiences:

• Proven experience leading change across complex, enterprise-scale transformation, with a track record of embedding adoption, behaviour change and capability, and measuring the impact


• The ability to lead programs end-to-end, with the discipline to deliver against milestones and the business outcomes they are meant to achieve


• Experience leading AI-enabled or technology-led change, turning emerging tools into adoption strategies that shift how people work and create measurable value


• Credibility and influence with senior leaders and Partners, with the ability to build trust, align different perspectives and shape decisions


• A solid understanding of how large, complex professional services organisations operate


• Deep understanding of AI and an innovation mindset, with demonstrated experience using AI-enabled tools to generate insight or improve delivery


• A practical, outcomes-focused approach, with the ability to turn ambiguity into clear actions and sustained business impact


• Experience designing and facilitating leadership sessions, adoption experiences or cross-functional workshops would be valuable
