What will you do?

We are seeking an enthusiastic, creative, and highly analytical Prompt Technician to join our Development team. The Prompt Technician will be responsible for writing highly detailed, creative, and effective prompts for AI systems to generate various kinds of content and develop innovative solutions that increase efficiency and productivity. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of how to craft intricate and nuanced prompts that guide AI models toward desired outputs while anticipating and mitigating potential issues. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain real-world experience at the intersection of AI and content creation without a traditional tech background.

Key responsibilities:

• Write highly detailed, clear, concise, and effective prompts for AI systems to generate content across various domains, using advanced techniques to guide AI models toward desired outputs while anticipating and mitigating potential issues.
• Collaborate with other teams to increase productivity and efficiency with AI by leveraging detailed prompting techniques.
• Research and stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI and prompt engineering techniques, with a focus on creating detailed and effective prompts
• Analyse generated content, identify areas for improvement and iteratively refine prompts for better results by making detailed adjustments
• Develop and maintain documentation for prompt engineering best practices and guidelines.

Who are you & what will you bring?

Required:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional grammar, spelling, and storytelling abilities.
• 3-5 years of professional writing experience, preferably in digital marketing, content creation, or related fields.
• Extensive experience in writing highly detailed, creative, and effective prompts for AI content generation.
• Deep understanding of various prompting techniques, such as zero-shot, few-shot, and chain-of-thought prompting, and how to leverage them for creating detailed prompts.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills, with a focus on creating detailed solutions.
• Passion for AI and its potential applications in generating content and driving productivity through detailed prompting.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with other teams.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn and grow within the rapidly evolving field of AI and prompt engineering

Desired:

• Bachelor's degree in writing, communications, marketing, or a related field.
• Background in creative writing, such as poetry, with experience in crafting detailed and nuanced pieces.

Application Process

To ensure candidates have the necessary detailed prompting skills, shortlisted applicants must participate in a 30-minute creative test to demonstrate their ability to write highly detailed, creative, and effective prompts for AI content generation. This test will be conducted as part of the interview process to assess the candidate's skills and suitability for the role.
