Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Technician

We’re looking for a skilled Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Technician to join our resort team and help ensure our guests stay comfortable all year round.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and efficient operation of all air conditioning and refrigeration systems across the resort. From guest rooms to commercial kitchens, you’ll play a key part in delivering a high-quality guest experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Inspect, maintain, and repair A/C and refrigeration systems across the resort
• Where needed replace and install new systems
• Respond to maintenance requests and breakdowns quickly and efficiently
• Perform routine preventative maintenance checks changes and upgrades
• Ensure all systems are operating safely and within compliance
• Work closely with the broader maintenance and engineering teams

What We’re Looking For:

• A fully qualified Refrigeration Mechanic with relevant licenses and permits
• A natural problem-solver with strong diagnostic skills
• Physically fit, with the stamina to stay active and on their feet throughout the day
• A proactive, friendly can-do attitude with the ability to work independently
• Experience in a hotel, resort, or commercial environment highly regarded
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster where required
