Ayers Rock Resort is searching for an Airport Assistant Manager - Operations & Compliance to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks. We are seeking an experienced Airport Leader, with specific duties surrounding Operations and Compliance to join our team.This role is hands-on and will see you conduct duties tocomplement the Airport Manager specific to technical maintenance and compliance, overseeing the Airport Operations Team. This role requires a Current Australian Manual Drivers License and ability to obtain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC). Key Duties

• To ensure that the safety and security of the aerodrome is maintained in accordance with Civil Aviation Regulations (CARs), Civil Aviation Safety Regulations (CASRs), Ayers Rock Aerodrome Manual (AM), and the Ayers Rock Transport Security Program (TSP).
• To maintain the airport facilities in accordance with accepted standards.
• Respond as detailed in the Airport Emergency Plan and Transport Security Program.
• To ensure WHS principles and requirements are integrated into the daily operational practices and standards of the airport environment
