We are expanding our presence in Hong Kong and seek a dynamic Growth Manager to lead our e-commerce and digital marketing efforts.

Position Overview
As a E-commerce Specialist at Alpha H, you will report directly to the Growth Manager. Your role will involve supporting the growth of our D2C channel and managing various paid media campaigns. This position is perfect for someone passionate about e-commerce and eager to contribute to our brand's success.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assist the Growth Manager in developing and executing e-commerce strategies for our D2C channel.
• Monitor and analyze paid media campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Instagram etc) to optimize performance and ROI.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences that could inform our strategies.
• Help maintain and update the Alpha H e-commerce website, ensuring product listings are accurate and enticing.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content that drives traffic and conversions.
• Analyze website analytics and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track growth and engagement.
• Manage customer journey touchpoints to enhance user experience and improve sales metrics.

Who we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
• Previous experience in e-commerce or digital marketing (internships or entry-level roles are acceptable).
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g. Mecca, Shopify, WooCommerce) is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of paid media analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
