Make your mark

We're looking for a Credit Analyst to join our NSW Northern Rivers team. You will work alongside experienced Commercial Bankers to support clients and help them achieve their goals.

What you will do:

• Team up with commercial bankers to understand client needs and deliver smart, tailored solutions.
• Dive into financial analysis, market research, and risk assessment to support decision-making.
• Prepare clear, concise loan applications that help bring big ideas to life.
• Use data and insights to spot opportunities and strengthen client relationships.

We are open to candidates from across the Northern Rivers region, Byron Bay to Woodburn , from Ballina to Kyogle . And of course, Lismore , where our main office is. Most importantly, we're seeking someone with strong local ties and a genuine connection to the community.

What we're looking for:

• A genuine interest in regional business.
• Confidence working with numbers and asking the right questions.
• A positive, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn.
• Strong communication and research skills.
• A degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is a plus.
