Our Commercial Banking – Property team in Perth partners with sophisticated mid-market property investors and developers, supporting clients with exposures up to $100M to grow with confidence. 
 

We manage a diverse portfolio across real estate investment, development and construction lending, combining deep real estate expertise with strong credit capability and providing innovative solutions that deliver real value for our clients.
 

This is a permanent opportunity and based in Perth CBD.
 

Your Impact

Following an internal promotion, we’re looking for a talented Analyst to join our Perth team and support a property-focused client portfolio alongside experienced Relationship Executives. Typical deals range from $10M–$50M with exposures up to $100m in size, giving you exposure to complex transactions and credit analysis while delivering exceptional client service.
 

You will apply your analytical and/or credit expertise to produce high-quality credit submissions and ongoing reviews, supporting sound lending decisions and positive client outcomes.
 

This includes partnering with Relationship Executives and preparing credit papers within policy guidelines and partnering closely with risk and internal stakeholders to ensure effective deal execution.
 

In this role, you will:

• Prepare credit submissions and coordinate deal execution.
• Conduct financial modelling and risk analysis for new and existing lending.
• Monitor portfolio performance and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
• Develop client and industry insights to support strategic decision-making.
   

You’re a high-performing Analyst who brings:

• Proven experience in credit analysis, annual reviews, and transaction structuring or demonstrable analytical/audit skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, or Commerce (preferred).
