Regulatory Operations function within EC&O, supporting regulatory compliance through innovation, automation and cross-functional collaboration. The team partners closely with business areas to uplift regulatory capability, embed effective controls and support consistent, high-quality regulatory outcomes.

Your responsibilities
  • Execute control testing in line with defined testing methodology and standards
  • Gather, analyse and document control evidence to assess operating effectiveness
  • Support identification of control gaps, weaknesses and improvement opportunities
  • Maintain accurate and complete testing documentation, work papers and records in relevant systems
  • Assist with preparation of control testing reports, dashboards and insights
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of control testing processes, tools and templates

Must have
  • Experience in risk, compliance, audit or control-related roles (or strong analytical background)
  • Exposure to control testing, assurance or regulatory processes
  • Strong attention to evidence quality, documentation and analytical reasoning
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders and priorities

Nice to have
  • Exposure to control testing, audit, risk or compliance activities in a regulated environment
  • Familiarity with evidence review, data analysis or documentation standards
  • Experience using spreadsheets, dashboards or systems to support analysis and reporting
  • Interest in regulatory frameworks, risk management or control effectiveness
  • Experience working across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
