The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and passionate software developer with experience developing enterprise applications to join a high performing team environment. As a member of our product development team, you will have the opportunity to innovate with new project initiatives as well as learn and build upon well-established enterprise systems. The position is responsible for providing high quality development services across our application platform, contributing to product design and collaborating with the team to advance our software solution suite.

The role will be based in our head office at the Brisbane Technology Park.

Key activities

• Develop across a range of software products and platforms including Web and Mobile, Windows and Linux
• Convert business designs and specifications into technical solutions
• Promote high standards through team collaboration and peer review 
• Opportunities to lead and mentor other developers
• Contribute to product design to drive innovation and new initiatives
• Keep relevant stakeholders up-to-date throughout the course of projects

About you

You are optimistic, driven and enjoy the challenge of working in a fun, fast-paced environment. You enjoy learning from those around you, as well as being able to take ownership of your own projects. You will need to be highly organised, confident and possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 

We believe in hiring for cultural contribution, and nurturing for skills development; however, there are some things we need from you to be successful in this role:

• Experience in a senior development role for enterprise applications
• Strong development experience with C# and .NET Core
• Understanding of software architecture, development frameworks and tool sets
• Full stack application experience utilising relational databases highly regarded
• Experience with Azure DevOps, SOAP/REST API, React and Agile valued
• Strong analysis and problem solving skills
• Passionate about software design and technology 
• Strong communication skills
