About the role:

As an Analyst, you'll support the day-to-day administration and fieldwork of restructuring engagements under the guidance of experienced professionals. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your career in insolvency and restructuring, working on diverse and meaningful projects that make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of statutory forms, investigation letters, and authorities
• Conduct investigations and financial analysis on engagements
• Support trading-on of businesses during restructuring
• Prepare reports for ASIC, creditors, and other stakeholders
• Draft correspondence and act as a key contact for stakeholders including employees, directors, and creditors
• Assist in asset realisation and recovery processes
• Contribute to the preparation of letters of demand and other legal documentation

You're a curious and driven professional with a keen interest in insolvency, restructuring, and financial problem-solving. Whether you come from an accounting or legal background, you thrive in fast-paced environments where no two days are the same. You bring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a natural ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders. Essential:

• A degree in Business/Commerce (Accounting major) or Law with an interest in insolvency
• 1-2 years' experience in a similar role
• Strong communication and attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Desirable:

• Commencement of CA or equivalent qualification
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
