As a Retail Team Member, you will help create a high-performance culture and deliver great customer experiences. Your role includes assisting in various store areas, from customer service to back-of-house operations. You'll provide excellent service throughout the sales process and support merchandising on the sales floor. Additionally, you'll ensure efficient stock delivery and processing by following store receiving procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• ·        Assist in achieving sales targets and monitoring performance.
• ·        Assist managing inventory levels, stock replenishment, and loss prevention.
• ·        Maintain store policies, procedures, and compliance with company standards.
• ·        Ensure high levels of customer service and resolve customer issues.
• ·        Assist with visual merchandising and store presentation.

Successful candidate requirements:

• Experience in similar role involving casual retail role.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills with the ability to hold a strong dialogue at multiple levels
• Ability to work collaboratively in a large organization
• Strong organizational skills and a high attention to detail.
• Passion for technology.
• Availability Monday-Sunday required (must be available weekends and evenings)
• Ability to speak Mandarin highly desirable but not essential
