Job description
Responsibilities:
• Find new opportunities for strategic partnerships in line with our growth strategy
• Analyse and differentiate how partners serve their clients within the ecommerce market and corporate space, and match those to World First product to build partner value.
• Utilize a variety of lead sourcing techniques to build pipeline including existing clients and partners, internet research, company database(s), company marketing initiatives, cold calling, LinkedIn and independent networking
• Create ideas and recommend strategies and initiatives that promote engagement for World First in the various Australia markets, that help build knowledge of the value of our products and how it can add value to partners to deliver more value to their clients
• Work autonomously to achieve personal targets yet work collaboratively with all staff as required, building strong and cooperative internal relationships with all internal stakeholders
• Exceed minimum targets and commercial outcomes against KPIs as set by management
• Comprehend and adhere to compliance obligations, company risk management, AML and all company policies
Job Requirement
Requirements:
• Demonstrate proven success in Partnership Sales or Business Development preferably within e-commerce, retail or other service industry in Australia
• Have a strategic mind, the ability to think laterally and engage with key stakeholders
• Have experience in winning deals with long sales cycles and ongoing negotiations, along with solution selling techniques with particular focus on integrated and non-integrated partnerships
• Existing connections and a solid knowledge of Australia ecommerce and corporate markets would be a distinct advantage
• Experience in delivering tailored presentations face-to-face and via online platforms
• Able to demonstrate strong communication skills through building mutually beneficial relationships both internally and externally and the ability to engage openly with people at all levels
• Commercially focused and makes the most of resources available to generate results
• Seeks to develop knowledge and capabilities that will enhance team capability and their adaptability within it
• Share knowledge, experiences, concerns and ideas with colleagues in order to enhance the customer experience and contribute to World First's success
• Decision making, organisational and time-management skills - with attention to detail
• A high degree of self-motivation, with the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
