The ANZ Practice Manager – Cloud Apps & Integration is a passionate, thought leader in their field, responsible for team management and operational excellence for the practice across Australia & New Zealand. This leadership role will be instrumental in the development of the Go-to-Market strategy, building out both on- and off-shore capability, servicing the addressable market opportunity to deliver large scale, software development and enterprise applications programs to strategic clients. Success in this role will come from defining a competitive business model and Go-to-Market plan, building & leading an engaged team, and ensuring client satisfaction is exceeded. This role can be based in any one of our office locations in Australia - Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, or Perth.

What type of work will you be doing?

BUSINESS LEADERSHIP

• Ideation & input into the Operational / Strategic Planning for the business.
• Oversight & responsibility for the practice P&L
• Establish, operationalise, and manage an on-shore / off-shore model (India/Manilla)
• People management including hiring, mentoring, performance management and termination.

DELIVERY MANAGEMENT

• Input and execution of regional capacity planning.
• Responsibility for regional scheduling / management of team utilisation.
• Regional operational responsibility for Quality management
• Execution of capability management - Technical readiness, Training, Professional Development, Recruitment, best practices, evangelism.
• Participate in technical delivery of projects as required.

SALES ENGAGEMENT

• Develop & maintain strategic client and key partner/vendor relationships in region.
• Develop effective Presales in the Practice, ensuring consistency in sales pursuits and the development of re-usable artifacts across the ANZ team.
• Cross Practice collaboration on pursuits, working across teams to prepare competitive end-to-end Solution bids.
• Engaged with Marketing to create effective collateral, host events, manage campaigns and source client case studies.

What c apabilities you will need to succeed in this role :

• Prior experience in an ANZ/National Practice Manager role within a similar environment - managing all aspects of a services business including P&L.
• Experience in building a hybrid business model, developing, and operationalising onshore/offshore models working with India/Manilla.
• Ability to define a clear Go-to-Market strategy, setting ambitious goals for the Practice with demonstrated experience winning & delivering large scale, Software Development, Engineering &/or Integration engagements.
• Ability to drive sales, presales, and new business development activities within Enterprise, Commercial and Government clients.
• Experience working with the Partner eco-system including Microsoft and awareness of the competitive landscape & the market opportunity for Cloud Apps & Integration.
• Experience in mapping business needs to technology solutions with an understanding of Industry consulting methodologies.
• Strong business and commercial acumen in scoping cost-effective, complex programs of work.
• Extensive people management experience
