The Role:
Join us if you are an adept administrator with a knack for quick adaptability, effective communication, and meticulous independent work. Your role will encompass:

• Creating purchase orders, maintaining master data, and processing payment of invoices for day-to-day accounts payable functions
• Assisting with departmental fleet requirements including vehicle ordering and returns, servicing, insurance claims, fuel and EV card maintenance, lease reviews, and extensions
• Performing various financial and business operations tasks as needed to support the broader team functions

Preferred Requirements:

• Demonstrated ability to pick up new tasks quickly and efficiently
• Strong communication skills and a high attention to detail
• Proven track record of independent work and effective task management
• Understanding of accounts payable procedures and financial management principles
• Experience in fleet management or related administrative roles
