AO6 Senior Digital Marketing Officer - Hiring Fast

Troocoo are partnering with QLD Government on the recruitment of an AO6 Senior Digital Marketing Officer to join the team on an initial 6-month contract basis. This role is reporting to the Manager, Brand and Client Experience and will see you will be responsible for developing and delivering website and digital initiatives and activities to support and promote a range of programs aligned with the Departments plan and Queensland Government priorities. 

Some of your responsibilities in this role will include;

• Playing a key role in the Departments digital transformation, leading the delivery of key projects across website, marketing cloud and digitally led sales and service tools.
• Lead the design, delivery and evaluation of digital marketing campaigns, including conceptualising and preparing messaging and materials across, web, social, email and other relevant platforms that align with priority markets, sectors and objectives.
• Managing targeted social media amplification strategies align with target audiences and business objectives. 
• Oversee TIQ's website ensuring content is high quality, up to date and complies with current Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 and best practice user experience.
• Measure, analyse and report on the Department’s digital channel performance and make recommendations on continual improvement, identifying and addressing issues that may impact success.
• Develop and foster effective relationships with key stakeholders to continue to build commitment to long term growth and behaviour change.

To be considered for this role you will have experience in

• Front End Website Edits (content updates/layout changes)
• SEO: Has an understanding of search engine optimisations
• Meta and LinkedIn Advertising: The Department doesn't do a lot in house, but they need somebody who can build an ad set and audiences etc get data from these.
• Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager 
• Has a level of Management or PM experience and is comfortable to make digital recommendations and actioning changes. 
• Salesforce CRM experience preferred. 
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Experience preferred.
