This Australian industry leader located in the Melbourne inner suburbs, is currently seeking a professional, confident, and highly self-motivated candidate to join their committed team as their AP/AR officer. This ongoing temporary position is 4 days a week, school hours- Immediate start! Flexi Hours P/T 

 
The Position: 
The position is a temp to perm Accounts Payable/ Accounts receivable role based in Cheltenham. Working in this small team you will be responsible for processing general enquiries, processing payments and administration support as required.  
 
Some of your actual duties will include: 

• Process payments for all approved invoices 
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies 
• Reconcile AP invoices to supplier statements 
• Support the business owner other AP duties 
• Other administration duties as requested
