Marketing, Sydney, Full Time, $120,000 - $130,000 / year

A pivotal role in our successful APAC marketing team with lots of development opportunities as we grow the business. Flexible, Hybrid Working
Our office is for you to use as much as you like; as a minimum our AUS Marketing Team works from our Sydney office at least twice a week.

Key   Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a localised content strategy to educate and inspire our clients and prospects and drive adoption and usage amongst employee end-users 
  • Work closely with our global content team to maintain the APAC content calendar aligned to the APAC campaign calendar, key market trends, and thought leadership themes 
  • Create new content and localise global content - in-house and working with external freelancers - such as reports, blogs, case studies, and webinar/event presentations to support APAC growth initiatives 
  • Work with our global website agency on APAC website enhancements and manage updates to APAC website as needed
  • Analyse and report on key performance metrics and leverage data and insight to continually optimise content throughout the user journey
  • Work with our PR agency to ensure PR content is in line with our ToV and help coordinate interviews with key spokespeople as needed 

Skills

  • Proven experience of content strategy development and execution within a B2B tech SaaS business (B2B2C desirable but not essential), ideally working across multiple markets within the APAC region 
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce high-quality, tailored content for a range of target audience segments 
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners
  • Proficient with content management systems and analytics tools 
  • Strong understanding of content marketing principles and ability to use data and insight to optimise content and improve conversions

The Interview Process

  • Telephone call with our Senior Talent Acquisition Partner
  • 1st interview with APAC Marketing Director and Head of Growth Marketing, APAC
  • Take home assessment 
  • Final interview and presentation with APAC Marketing Director and Head of Global Content Strategy & Thought Leadership, followed by a meeting with our APAC Managing Director
