Lead APAC project delivery and incident management for trading systems, partnering with traders and engineers to improve platforms, resolve production issues, and enhance financial data and operational performance.

What You'll Do:

Drive APAC trading system projects and incident management, ensuring stable, efficient, and high-performing platforms across global teams, traders, and technical stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Leading incident response, resolution, and post-incident reviews for production systems
2. Coordinating IT, operations, and vendor delivery across trading platforms
3. Translating business and trading requirements into technical solutions
4. Using data analysis tools to support financial and operational decisions
5. Improving system efficiency, processes, and platform reliability

You bring strong project and incident leadership experience within financial services, with solid analytical capability, technical fluency in data and systems, and confidence working with traders and engineers.
