Responsibilities:

Prepare vacant units for apartment turn over

1. Ensure completion of work orders in a timely fashion
2. Perform routine preventive maintenance

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Candidate will have 5 years or more experience in maintenance 
• Ideal candidate will have experience in one or more of the following: plumbing, HVAC, and electrical repairs, appliance repair and installation, carpentry work
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have own tools
