Client

• Reporting to the CFO build the blueprint for a strategic PMO capability
  




• Identify key capabilities required to support the CFO’s vision covering investment decisioning and prioritisation, tracking, benefits realisation, driving productivity
  




• Develop key principles and frameworks (e.g. prioritisation across lines of business) to support the PMO and value creation
  




• Build any key artefacts, templates and policies to support the establishment of the PMO
  




• Design a lean organisation structure including roles, accountabilities and required skills/experience
  




• Support the client in building the initial investment portfolio
  

• Overall blueprint for the PMO (key services, principles, frameworks)
  




• Development of specific high priority frameworks and policies
  




• Organisation and role design
  




• Initial prioritisation of investment portfolio in line with agreed principles and framework
  

• PMO experience in a strategic context (value management/realisation versus operational tracking)
  




• Influencing people / engaging with teams to receive required inputs / data from colleagues
  




• Self-starter, problem solver –someone who will be productive quickly and both get the outputs delivered on time but also show initiative in asking probing questions.
  




• Exceptional presentation and communication skill
  




• Financial services (preferred not required)
