Your new role
Provide Level 1-2 support across core business applications
Troubleshoot application issues and escalate when necessary
Monitor system performance and assist with incident resolution
Communicate effectively with end users and internal IT teams
Document support activities and follow established processes
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in an Application Support or Service Desk role
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and customer service orientation
Ability to pick up new systems quickly
Available for an immediate start
