· Lead L2/L3 application support for Sitecore and
React -based web applications, ensuring high availability and performance.
· Troubleshoot
production issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate timely incident
resolution.
· Manage
deployments, application monitoring, bug fixes, and change/release activities.
· Collaborate
with development, infrastructure, and business teams to deliver continuous
support and enhancements.
· Hands -on
experience with Sitecore
CMS, React.js, .NET/C#, SQL Server, Azure DevOps
