Applications and Integrations Manager
We are embarking on an IT transformation journey with exponential growth projected across the company which presents a unique opportunity to redesign our IT ecosystem to support and enable our expansion plans.
To support our Head of Technology and Digital Transformation we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Applications and Integrations Manager to help deliver this transformation strategy. This brand-new, hands-on role will see you manage two key areas: Transformation Initiatives and BAU.
Transformation Initiatives
- Redesign our infrastructure, cyber security and application suites.
- Embark on a cyber security maturity journey.
- Build robust IT processes to better support the organization and planned growth.
BAU Responsibilities
- Installing, testing and maintaining IAs suite of applications and the interoperability between them.
- Overseeing radiology workflow integrations between IA and external clients.
- Implementing best-practice application lifecycle management processes.
- Change management and tiered application support.
- Leveraging partnerships with vendors, service providers and client IT Teams.
- Managing a team of application analysts and integration analysts.

What experience do I have?
- Computer science/Information technology engineering degree or equivalent technology certification(s).
- Extensive experience working with clinical software application suites. (RIS/PACS/EMR or similar applications) and/or their integrations, with some experience working as a lead/manager.
- In depth knowledge of HL7/FHIR message formats and experience working with interface engines like mirth, rhapsody, kailo or Epic bridges.
- Exposure to imaging technology and Dicom formats is desirable.
- Extensive knowledge in software application lifecycle, patching, upgrades, interoperability and maintenance.
- Demonstrated experience in self-management in terms of time, deliverables and project outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience in clear and concise communication.
- Strong knowledge of emerging technologies, digital trends and industry best practices.
- Proven people leadership capability and an ability to influence and present at executive/senior leadership level.
