You’ll combine data science, commercial strategy and AI in a role that directly influences business decision-making.

You'll uncover insights hidden within customer, market and digital data, develop predictive models and AI-powered analytical capabilities, and help shape the strategies that drive customer growth and commercial performance. You'll also own and evolve the customer data models that underpin how we understand, serve and protect our players.

What you’ll do 

• Uncover customer, market and digital insights that drive growth
• Build predictive models and AI-powered analytical capabilities
• Develop customer segmentation and early intervention models
• Apply statistical modelling to solve commercial problems
• Build dashboards and reporting for business leaders
• Support digital strategy through evidence-based insights
• Champion AI-native ways of working and analytical excellence
• Translate complex data into clear business recommendations
   

What you’ll bring  

• Experience in data science, commercial analytics or quantitative strategy roles
• Strong statistical modelling and analytical capability
• Experience building customer segmentation, propensity or risk models
• Advanced Python and SQL skills
• Experience working with large structured and unstructured datasets
• Exposure to cloud and AI platforms such as Google Cloud, BigQuery or Vertex AI
• AI-spec driven development experience is desirable
• Strong communication skills that turn insights into action
