An exciting opportunity exists within our call center team in our Bentley office for an Appointment Setter and Customer Service Surveyor.

About the Role 

Working in our call center, is a pivotal role that makes phone contact for our specialists to visit existing and potential customers to improve their financial situation. 

You will build rapport with existing and new customers while delivering a positive customer experience. Your role plays an integral part of the sales and customer service channel.
