Job Description: We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Apprentice Spray Painter. As an apprentice, you will work alongside experienced professionals to learn the skills and techniques necessary for success in the field of spray painting. This hands-on role will involve preparing surfaces, mixing paint, applying coatings, and ensuring quality finishes.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of surfaces for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming.
• Learn to mix paints and match colors to specifications.
• Practice proper spraying techniques to achieve desired finishes.
• Assist in the maintenance and cleaning of spray equipment and work area.
• Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Good communication skills.
• Prior experience in painting or auto body work is a plus but not required.
