Apprentice Spray Painter

Due to our ongoing expansion, we are presently seeking Spray Paint Apprentices with a passion for the automotive industry, aiming for a long-term career within an award-winning company, named Large Employer of the Year.

The principle focus of this role would be carrying out a wide range of mechanical and auto electrical work in the diagnosis, repair and service of our vehicles.

About the Roles:

• Seeking enthusiastic team players eager to embark on a career as Automotive Apprentice Spray Painters.
• Demonstrated proficiency in workmanship displayed through previous apprentice roles or independent projects.
• Desirable to possess some knowledge of motor vehicles, with familiarity across various vehicle manufacturers being advantageous.
• Demonstrated willingness to learn and reliability in starting work punctually each day.

About You:

• Passionate about the automotive industry, especially in spray painting.

• Completion of Year 10 with a ROSA as a minimum educational requirement.

• Aspiration to become a highly skilled professional spray painter.

• Willingness to commit to a 4-year apprenticeship, which includes practical studies at TAFE through our Award-winning D.R.I.V.E Program.

• Demonstrated self-motivation, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic with a 'can do' attitude.

• Upholds values of honesty, trustworthiness, and punctuality.

• Possession of a driver's license is desirable but not essential.
