About the role:

This role will ensure the quality of all purchasing activities made by the Department.

Duties

• review and edit documentation distributed by the Department
• work closely with other quality assurance officers
• ensure the quality of all purchasing activities within the Employment Services Procurement Team
• conducting quality assurance checks of documents, systems and communication material

Required experience/skills

• excellent attention to detail and the ability to exercise sound judgement
• the ability to work effectively and collaboratively with colleagues in a team environment
• flexibility and a willingness to learn
• strong written and verbal communication skills
• competent in Microsoft Word
