About the Role
The Senior Digital Delivery Officer will play a crucial role in supporting the strategic and administrative activities required to effectively deliver a new website. This position is integral to the project delivery over the next 12 months, ensuring the website and associated microsites provide accessible, user-friendly, and evidence-based information and experiences.

• Manage research and engagement activities, including user testing with diverse user cohorts, to ensure a digitally inclusive, accessible, and user-friendly website.
• Coordinate and support the website redevelopment project and other development work on microsites.
• Provide sound administration and project management support, including data analysis, procurement, meeting coordination, proof reading, testing, and inbox management.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.

About You

• Strong digital acumen with a focus on best practice digital principles
• Proven experience in website management and digital product development
• Deep understanding of digital accessibility standards, particularly WCAG
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, adept at influencing and negotiating
• Ability to lead project tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a team environment

• Experience developing project briefs and scoping requirements with stakeholders.
• Experience with user acceptance testing and user-research activities.
• Project management experience.
• Degree in digital or IT.
• Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Google Analytics and SEM Rush.
