are an experienced leader in the early childhood sector with a strong track
record in managing multiple services or complex operational portfolios. You
bring expertise in people leadership, quality improvement, workforce planning
and stakeholder engagement, together with a deep understanding of the National
Quality Framework and Child Safe Standards. A collaborative and strategic
thinker, you build strong relationships, lead change with confidence and use
data and insight to drive continuous improvement. Most importantly, you are
committed to achieving the best outcomes for children and are a passionate
advocate for high quality early childhood education.
