Area Support Manager - Growth-Minded Organization

We are the starting point of our Education Journey, pathing the way for what we believe Early Childhood Education should represent. We Currently have our Bentley Campus operating with our Shelly and 2 Bunbury Campus soon to follow and a few more in the pipelines. 

We are seeking a highly experienced Centre director who is ready to take on that next step in their career. Area support Manager will grow and support SNS childcare as a whole working close with the General manager to guide the growth of SNS.

To start with this role will see you step in and support / Guide our Bentley campus while supporting with the opening of our Shelly campus. This role will grow as we do!

What to expect in your new role:

• Day to day management of early learning campus
• Supporting the opening of new Campus
• Guiding and mentoring staff
• Training and support to new Campus Directors
• Quality and compliance
• Staffing
• Embedding the SNS way
• Working closely with the GM to support the growth of the company
• Involved in marketing
• Policy reviews
• Document control
• Driving quality education program and practices 

About you!

• Hold a Diploma or ECT Degree In early childhood
• At least 3 years in a center director or senior management role
• Experience opening new services
• Proven mentor and Staff guidance skills
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the EYLF and NQS
• Passion and drive to better Early childhood education and care
• Positive attitude
• People skills
• Not afraid of a Challange
• delas well with managing staff conflict and performance management.
