Executive Chef at Ayers Rock Resort, you will live and work onsite at Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks. Who We're Looking For We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen brigade at Ayers Rock Resort in Uluru. In this role, you will oversee all daily food production and operations across all outlets, ensuring the highest standards of quality and profitability. Your goal will be to provide excellent products and services to our guests, while also driving sustainable and profitable outlets.
To be eligible for this position, you are required to have the skills and experience outlined below:
- Five years of experience as an Executive Chef and hold a qualified Chef Certificate IV in Culinary Arts or equivalent.
- Previous experience in 5-star multi-restaurant resort
- Banqueting and events experience
- Customer & Supplier relationship skills
- Financial skills, including budget management.
- Excellent leadership
- Communication skills
- Can manage conflicting priorities.
- Lead by example
- Work collaboratively within a cross-cultural and complex environment.
- Knowledge of native Australian ingredients
