Assay Development Scientist - Cell and Molecular

Overview

Join a leading bioanalytical laboratory and support drug development. We specialise in advanced analytical methods to support a variety of drug types. We're looking for cell and molecular scientist to develop, transfer, and troubleshoot cutting-edge methods using techniques such as flow cytometry, FACS, PCR, Elispot, Cell-based assays.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and transfer flow cytometry, PCR, Elispot, and culture-based assays.

* Collaborate with clients and internal teams; ensure smooth project transitions.

* Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve technical challenges.

* Prepare and review technical documents (ALMs, SOPs).

* Train staff and manage Immunobiology-related lab equipment.

Qualifications:

* Degree in a relevant scientific discipline and 2+ years of lab experience (CRO preferred).

* Hands-on expertise in flow cytometry, PCR, and/or Elispot.

* Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

* Ability to manage tasks independently and deliver results on time.
