Join Suncorp's Commercial Motor Claims team as a Commercial Assessing Coordinator (ASCO), where you'll play a key role in helping customers get Back on the Road by coordinating vehicle assessments, towing, and repairs while delivering outstanding customer service.

This is a 12-month contract opportunity open to applicants across Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate vehicle assessments and towing activities, ensuring claims are progressed efficiently from lodgement through to repair. 

• Manage relationships with customers, brokers, suppliers, repairers and internal stakeholders, keeping everyone informed throughout the claims process. 

• Assess claim information, maintain accurate records and support timely, informed decision-making. 

• Negotiate cost-effective outcomes for towing, storage and repairs while balancing customer experience and commercial outcomes. 

• Resolve customer enquiries and complaints with empathy, professionalism and a solutions-focused approach. 

• Identify potential risks, fraud, recoveries and other opportunities to improve claim outcomes.

What You'll Bring

• Experience in a customer service, insurance, claims or administration role. 

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and confidently manage stakeholder relationships. 

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret information and determine the best course of action. 

• A proactive, organised approach with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. 

• High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality customer outcomes. 

• Resilience, adaptability and a genuine desire to learn and develop. 

• Experience in the insurance, motor or automotive industry, or vehicle assessing qualifications, will be highly regarded but are not essential.
