Asset and Property Manager - Competitive Pay

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to manage our personal fleet of boats, cars, and properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vehicle and property maintenance, a passion for the maritime and automotive industries, and a keen eye for detail.

Job Description:

As the Personal Boat, Car, and Property Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and smooth operation of our boats, vehicles, and residences. Your primary duties will include:

• Performing routine cleaning and detailing of boats and cars.
• Operating and navigating boats safely and efficiently.
• Managing docking, mooring, and anchoring procedures.
• Ensuring all safety protocols are followed and safety equipment is maintained.
• Overseeing the cleanliness and organization of properties, including houses and garages.
• Conducting regular inspections of all assets to identify and address any issues.
• Coordinating with specialized trades for major repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Managing schedules for vehicle and boat usage, including fueling and servicing.
• Providing excellent customer service and hospitality when guests are present.
• Keeping accurate logs and records of maintenance activities and expenses.

Requirements:

• Valid boat operator’s license or certification.
• Proven experience in boat and vehicle maintenance and operation.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and procedures for boats and vehicles.
• Ability to perform basic mechanical repairs and maintenance.
• Excellent navigational and driving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Physically fit and able to handle the demands of the job.
• Valid driver’s license.

Preferred Qualifications:

• First Aid and CPR certification.
• Experience with various types of vessels and vehicles, including luxury models.
• Knowledge of local waterways and roads.
• Previous experience in property management.
