Job Description - Asset Co-ordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Asset Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll support the end-to-end administration, control, and lifecycle management of IT assets, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across business operations.

You will work closely with the Asset Manager, Finance teams, and both local and international stakeholders to support asset processes, vendor coordination, and data integrity.

What You'll Bring

  • Support the administration and financial control of IT asset lifecycle processes, including provisioning, tracking, renewal, and disposal

  • Maintain accurate asset registers and inventory data, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

  • Assist with vendor and supplier submissions, onboarding, and processing of commercial transactions

  • Provide administrative support across Finance and business units, ensuring work is completed within defined SLAs

  • Extract, analyse, and report on data, including preparing reports, dashboards, and statistical insights

  • Assist with process mapping, continuous improvement initiatives, and implementation of SOPs

  • Coordinate reporting timelines, track actions, and ensure stakeholders meet deadlines

  • Maintain filing systems and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
