The Role

This is a 12 month contract

Working as a pivotal part of Property team you will work to achieve the optimum performance of a portfolio of retail assets.

Your role will have you strategically plan for each asset, focusing on property performance and customer strategy, whilst utilising a strong understanding of local and wider market conditions. In your role you will develop and deliver budgets, including reforecasting, critical leasing assumptions, rent reviews and arrears management.

You will also work closely with both the National portfolio and Leasing managers to review and negotiate new and existing leases to best achieve the core fund objectives.

The role will also focus on the management and development of Joint Venture relationships and partnerships.

Your Background and Experience

The linchpin of your assets, ideally you bring your strong knowledge in the Sydney Retail market from both a leasing and capital transactions perspective.

Having completed your degree in property, finance, or related field you have strong knowledge and understanding of development, leasing and valuation principals.

You pride yourself on your strong networks and stakeholder management skills and are comfortable negotiating, strategic thinking and people management. In addition, you have demonstrated analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills, working with external data/data analysts to understand trends and make data-driven decisions.
