Hello Molly is seeking an Assistant Accountant to join our fashionable team!

About The Role:

What You'll Do:

• Manage daily financial transactions and recurring accounting tasks
• Manage and prepare Bank Reconciliations
• Manage Accounts Payable and payment process
• Manage expense reconciliations and oversee corporate credit card accounts
• Assist with Payroll process including Superannuation, STP and payroll tax
• Assist with Month End Closing Process, including month end journal entries, reconciliations and variance analysis
• Track costs and expenditures for events, projects and operations
• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting process

What You'll Need:

• CA/CPA qualified/studying or tertiary degree in accounting
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience with Xero and MYOB preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced business environment 
• A team player with a positive and proactive attitude
• Mandarin speaking is an advantage but not essential
