Assistant Accountant - Global Media & Advertising Agency

A Global Media & Advertising Agency is seeking an Assistant Accountant to join their finance team.
  
Duties will include:

• Assisting with P&L and balancesheet preparation.
• Assisting with budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Accruals, prepayments, journal posting and revenue recognition.
• Assisting with Cashflow and Fixed Assets Register maintenance.
• Production & Media transactions and resolution of related queries.
• Compliance and audit work.

All applicants should hold a relevant accounting qualification and more than 2 years Accounting experience. A preference will be given to candidates who have started or completed their CA or CPA, but this is not essential. Candidates should be highly organised self starters with strong communication skills.

Previous experience from the Advertising and/ or Media Sectors will be beneficial during the selection process.
