Assistant Accountant/Bookkeeper

Skybridge Financial have a position available in our Albury Office. 

The position requires someone with general bookkeeping and accounting experience. The role is predominantly supporting the senior accountants in the preparation of financial statements and income tax returns. You will liaise directly with clients to facilitate the work flow within the office. 

There will be exposure to a wide range of client business including retail, light manufacturing, hotels and restaurants, farming enterprises, professional investors, building industry and many others. 

Experience with Xero software would be an advantage and training will be provided. 

Our services to clients are wide and include providing accounting assistance, business advice, taxation advice, preparation of income tax returns, superannuation and wealth management. In carrying out the work involved for clients, employees are exposed to various structures including sole traders, partnerships, trusts and companies. 

The successful employee will be required to be driven and a great communicator.
