About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Accounts Operations Officer to support day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting activities.
Key Responsibilities
Process settlement entries and allocate payments accurately
Perform bank reconciliations and investigate variances
Approve machine collection requests in line with contractual terms
Arrange payout quotes and prepare payout tax invoices
Support Account Managers with customer and account queries
Contract finalization and billing closure
Resolve billing queries and discrepancies
Process Customer Refund
Assist with daily and monthly finance reconciliations
Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager
